Our plant warranty

Retail trees and shrubs are warranted for one growing season when planted in the year of purchase, watered according to our planting sheet, and still in their original location.

Bring your receipt and a photo of the plant. If we agree the loss was not from drought, mechanical damage, rodents, or winter burn on an unsheltered evergreen, we will replace it once with a comparable plant.

Wholesale orders follow the terms on the invoice. Live material is a crop: we grow it carefully, and we expect the same care after it leaves the farm.

Warranty does not cover fruit crops, annuals, or plants moved or pruned severely in the first season. When in doubt, call before you dig it out.
